Views on the Garden

Rhona Fleming, Field, was awarded first prize for her design for Views on the Garden, a design competition which aimed to explore the relationship between the garden and the house.

The competition is facilitated by the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland; the Dundee Institute of Architects; the Calyx; Perth and Kinross Council; the Horticultural Trades Association and the Landscape Institute Scotland.

Brief: To design a garden of 7m x 11m and to suggest appoarches which would heighten the enjoyment and practicality of both the house and garden, within a budget of £20,000.
